Protocol fee schedule

The active immutable testnet package enforces these launch fees and the maximum each signed transaction is willing to accept.

Token creation: 50 SUPRA
Fixed token lock: 50 SUPRA
Vesting claim: 1% of released asset

These launch fees have immutable upper caps. Governance may propose a change through the governor multisig; it can apply only after the configured delay. Each transaction reviews the current on-chain fee before signing. All other current products are fee-free.
